The 2017 Skoda Yeti is a Crossover SUV compact mid-range product from the automaker Czech Škoda since 2009. At the Geneva Motor Show of 2005, Škoda has presented a concept car of a compact SUV called Skoda Yeti. Although the study on the Yeti prototype has been taken seriously in view of the feasibility of a future production vehicle, some of the solutions were too complex and ahead of their time and have not been transferred to the production model.
Another version pickup was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show of that year as a prototype but will have non-commercial below. 2017 Skoda Yeti Engine
There are three petrol engines, all turbocharged: a 1.2, 1.4 and 1.8 liters (respectively 77 kW / 105 hp, 90 kW / 122 hp and 118 kW / 160 hp). The diesel engines are from the same engine capacity of 2.0 liters, but the power of different (81 kW / 110 hp, 103 kW / 140 hp, and 125 kW / 170 hp). The petrol engines of 1.2 liters and 1.4 liters are available only in front-wheel drive. The petrol engine 1.2-liter, 1.4-liter and 1.8-liter and 2.0-liter diesel with 140 hp or 170 hp are available as an option an automatic transmission with double clutch DSG.
2017 Skoda Yeti version of the most voted character to savings in fuel consumption called Greenline is available with the 1.6-liter diesel, with the system start-stop system and energy recovery during braking. In addition, the low rolling resistance of tires is used with a smaller diameter of the wheel so as to reduce the distance between the ground and thus improve the aerodynamic resistance.
2017 Skoda Yeti Restyling
In 2013, the Skoda Yeti has undergone an upgrade in the body and in the front that made in line with the most modern models of the Czech home. The front has been revised with a more linear style, angular with predominantly straight lines; Also it was introduced a distinctive front grille and redesigned headlights looking more square. In April 2015, the range of engines has been adapted to the requirements of the regulations Euro 6. The 1.8-liter petrol engine has been replaced by a new version of the 1.4-liter model. All 2017 Skoda Yeti diesel engines are now using an injection system AdBlue in the exhaust to reduce pollution and NOx. All engines are equipped by now standard in the start-stop system and the diesel 1.6-liter engine in the Greenline 2017 Skoda Yeti version is no longer being sold.
