2017 Citroen Berlingo is a small Citroën passenger and passenger car designed in partnership with Peugeot PSA partner (the Peugeot Hot Partner version ). The original Citroen Berlingo was launched in 1997, a revised version in 2003.
The car is available in various company car versions with associated body variations. For example, there are versions for light or heavy ordering, for long objects (additional roof cover) and special bodybuilding ( pickup ). There is also a passenger car variant available (the Multispace, see illustration), which does not differ in appearance but is just a spacious and luxurious passenger car.
The 2Citroen Berlingo 2017 and the corresponding Peugeot Partner were the first vans in this category, soon following the Renault Kangoo , and later in this class the Opel Tour , Ford Tourneo Connect and Volkswagen Caddy appeared. The Berlingo was available from the start with a 1.4 gasoline and 1.9 diesel engine.
Later there was a 1.6 petrol version. Also, the famous 2.0 hdi diesel with 90 hp was available. From 2005, the 1.9 diesel and 2.0 hdi diesel are replaced by two 1.6 hdi diesel engines, one with 75 hp and one with 90 hp. The Berlingo 1.4i is also available on CNG.
In the course of 2008, the successor was introduced, again Berlingo. This is positioned slightly higher in the market. The Citroën Nemo launched in January of the same year shows a lot of resemblance to the Berlingo, but is clearly a class smaller and is therefore not the successor to the 2017 Citroen Berlingo.
