The 2014 Fiat 500c combines the style and format-friendly cities of the 500 and the fun of top-down motoring. The Earth has its own engine, a 160-HP, turbocharged 1.4-liter four-cylinder that makes 170 pounds-feet of torque and is only offered with a heavy-duty five-speed manual transmission. Fuel economy figures max out at 31/40 MPG city/highway for models with engine, manual transmission (27/34 MPG city/highway with the automatic).
