Ferrari SpA is an Italian sports car manufacturer based in Maranello on. Founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1929 as Scuderia Ferrari, the company sponsored drivers and manufactured race cars before moving to the production of street-legal vehicles as Ferrari SpA in 1947. Fiat acquired 50% of Ferrari in 1969 increased his stake for just 85% in 2008, which is still remains. Throughout its history, company has been noted for its continued participation in Racing, especially in Formula One, where he became a great success.

Enzo Ferrari was not initially interested in the idea to produce road cars when he formed Scuderia Ferrari in 1928 as a sponsor for amateur drivers headquartered in Modena. Ferrari has had a long relationship with Shell Oil. It is a technical cooperation with Ferrari and Ducati to test and fuel oil supply to Formula One, MotoGP and Superbike Racing teams in the world. For example, the Shell V-Power premium gasoline fuel has been developed with the many years of technical expertise between Shell and Ferrari. Ferrari has agreements to supply Formula One engines many other groups over the years, and currently provide the Marussia F1 Team and Sauber F1 Team.
