2017 Opel Insignia is a large family car designed and manufactured by the German automaker Opel. The new 2017 Opel Insignia is sold under the Vauxhall brand in the UK and known as the Buick Regal in China and North America. Opel Insignia has launched in Australia and New Zealand under the Holden brand in 2015. In Chile, the vehicle was originally marketed as a result of the Chevrolet Vectra but is now sold as the Opel Insignia. The logo made its debut in Australia in 2012, marked an Opel. but a year later fell to withdraw the brand of the market.

2017 Opel Insignia concept is a full-size luxury car by the German automaker Opel presented at Show in Germany in 2003 Frankfurt Motor. The Opel Insignia has a V8 engine of the Corvette with 344 PS. Insignia concept a hydropneumatic suspension system, a pantograph-like mechanism for the rear sliding doors and LED lighting technology. The Opel Insignia debuted at the British International Motor Show 2008 in London on July 23 as the Opel / Vauxhall Insignia. This reflects the Vauxhall brand that is unique to the UK. It was then for sale in European retailers in October 2008 as a 5-door hatchback, four-door sedan and 5-door estate, called Sports Tourer, a departure for Opel traditionally used the “Caravan” name of the estate body to indicate style. Gasoline engines include the existing 1.4 Turbo and 1.8 (only in some markets), and the all-new 1.6 SIDI Turbo engine in the Cascada, and new 2.0 SIDI Turbo. All engines come with a six-speed manual transmission as standard, with a six-speed automatic available as an option on the 1.6 and 2.0 SIDI Turbo gasoline engines, and the 2.0 CDTI 163 PS and 195 PS diesel engines. All petrol and diesel engines have a start / stop system, in addition to the 2.0 CDTI with 130 PS.

In September 2014, Opel unveiled its new generation of engines, large diesel engine, starting with 2.0 CDTI engine with 170 PS and 400 Nm, which is a part of the new strategy in which Opel 17 new engines will introduce period from 2014 to 2018. The new 2017 Opel Insignia engine will be available from the end of 2016 or early in 2017.
