2013 Land Rover Freelander – The second generation Land Rover Freelander has been unveiled in 2006 and now, for the model year 2013 the Suv been updated to better comfort, convenience and fun to drive. The new company has both the look the car’s exterior and interior equipment levels, but also added new lightweight and efficient petrol engine.  For the 2013 Land Rover Freelander  exterior of the Land Rover has added a new front and rear lamps with the latest LED technology, a new graphic signature in the front running lights, but also a series of new exterior colors and new set of wheels.

With the model year 2013, the 2013 Land Rover Freelander is adding a new 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine – the removal of the old six-cylinder petrol Si6 – that delivers a total of 240 HP and a peak torque of 250 lbs-ft. For diesel fans, Land Rover is also offering a choice of 2.2-liter TD4 with 150 HP and SD4 with 190 HP.

For model year 2013, the 2013 Land Rover Freelander 2 has received a new front and rear lamps with the latest xenon LED technology, a new graphic signature in the front running lights and a bright new exhaust grill lights and fog. The company is also offering a selection of three new colors: Aintree Green, Havana and Mauritius Blue, plus a new set of 17-inch wheels and variety.

Just like on the outside, and the inside has received a series of updates, new innovation center console new cluster iron and 5-inch screen to display basic information related to imoto-, such as temperature and fuel levels, gear position and the local response mode. As a first for the 2013 Land Rover Freelander , Land Rover and distributing premium Meridian audio system is available with a choice of 380W or 825W. The new system includes 7-inch color touch-screen and can be 380W, 11-speaker system for exceptional stereo sound quality or the impressive 825W surround sound 17-speaker system with Trifield technology.

Big changes have been made under the hood. Land Rover has replaced the old six-cylinder fuel Si6 with a new 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine that delivers a total of 240 HP and a peak torque of 250 lbs-ft. Count represents a 14% increase over the previous model, but it also delivers an impressive fuel economy 29.4mpg – down from 26.4mpg. This engine is combined with a Aisin AWF21 six-speed transmission quick-shifting, more refined and efficient automatic with full-time four-wheel drive and Haldex axle rear difference.  The 2013 Land Rover Freelander  diesel line-up includes the TD4 2.2-liter with 150 HP and SD4 with 190 HP, and the availability of the first and eD4 two-wheel drive form. These two engines can be combined with a manual transmission and six-speed with Stop / Start technology.

Unfortunately for Land Rover, Suv market is pretty large and offers many other ways.
